Our Policies
COMPANIES, SCHOOLS AND ORGANIZATIONS All orders must be accompanied with payment or a purchase order. Purchase Orders will be billed net 30 days from shipment. Orders will be accepted via fax or phone with a purchase order or credit card. Discounts available on some items. Please contact us for more information.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please have your credit card type, number, expiration date, name (as shown on the card), and mailing address of statement, available when you call.
DEFECTIVE MATERIALS Defective materials will be replaced promptly if we are made aware of the damages within 30 days of receipt and returned. Please include a note with the product explaining the nature of the defect. Once the defective items have been returned, we will immediately ship a replacement. DISCOUNTS Discounts are available on orders of 5 or more, for specific items only. Please contact us for further details.
FOREIGN ORDERS All foreign orders must be prepaid using U.S. dollars. We will only accept Visa, MasterCard, or a money order in U.S. dollars from foreign countries(including Canada).
GIFT CERTIFICATES Gift certificates are available in any amount. They can be ordered through our customer service department at (661) 393-4658.
INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS Orders must be accompanied with payment in U.S. dollars. We will accept money orders or cashier's checks in U.S. dollars. Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard are also acceptable. Most packages will be sent via United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Insurance will be the responsibility of the customer. Allow 5-10 business days for processing and shipping (holidays being the exception).
RUSH ORDERS Please contact us regarding rush orders. All shipping charges related to a rush order will be the responsibility of the customer. Our customer service representatives will help you calculate the charges.
